​In recent years, James transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding Sales Tactics, a successful Sales consultancy that supports global cybersecurity vendors in entering new markets with clear, compelling value propositions and fractional sales services.

​The creation of E2X Cyber evolved naturally from these partnerships. By taking proven vendor relationships to market directly and curating a select group of complementary technologies, James established E2X Cyber as a cybersecurity focused, agile reseller. The business is built to help SMB and SME customers access simplified, flexible cybersecurity solutions and managed services tailored to their needs.
